Strongly influenced by her studies of alignment through dance and the optimal functioning of the human body through Pilates, she brings a lifetime of curiosity and awareness to her teaching.  Alison was certified to teach Forrest Yoga in 2001 and also has a Vinyasa certification through Laughing Lotus in San Francisco. She has also studied Hatha yoga and Anusara yoga extensively and loves to work with beginners, those practitioners looking to fine-tune their practice, or any individual looking for personalized attention. The intimate nature of the in-home & online studio provides a safe and supportive space to drop in deeply to your practice in order to explore any particular areas of concern or simply to broaden your understanding of the practice itself.
